Quality Technical Specialist

Job Summary:

Duke's Quality Technical Specialist supports current production and new product introductions. Ensures that the delivery of Duke's products and services are consistent with the goals and expectations of the customer thereby maximizing customer satisfaction and retention. Works with other Quality personnel, interfaces with other departments, may interface with suppliers on quality issues. Works alongside engineers, manufacturing, product managers, etc. to conduct research and provide technical support for new products. This role is a backup resource for the Sr. Quality Engineer.
